One of the "Real Housewives of Orange County" is officially a wanted woman -- accused of blowing off a judge in a million dollar legal battle. Lynne Curtin and her husband Frank were supposed to appear in a Southern California courtroom yesterday to answer questions relating to a $1.2 million judgment they were ordered to pay to a former business partner -- but the couple completely bailed on the proceedings. Now a judge in Riverside County, CA has issued a bench warrant for both Lynne and Frank's arrest. It's been a rough year for Lynne's fam -- as TMZ previously reported, they were also evicted from their home back in August for not paying rent.

Brittany Murphy's husband has already said that his "world was destroyed" when she died Sunday morning, but now he's pondering what may have caused her sudden passing.

"This is what's killing all of us. How did it happen? Her mum, myself and her family—we want to know why we lost our baby," Simon Monjack tells People.

And, while he confirms that doctors at the hospital told him she died of cardiac arrest, all he can do is eliminate possible origins of that heart failure.( "There was nothing here that could endanger her..." )

Brittany was never fat, but it's a bit of a stretch to say that she had always been naturally as thin as she was at the time of her death.. there was a noticeable difference between her weight in recent years and her weight in the 90's. :( Still, R.I.P sweetheart.

Rachel Uchitel, the first of Tiger Woods’ alleged mistresses to come forth, sets the record straight about pregnancy rumors which surfaced about her today. “I’m not pregnant,” Rachel told Gossip Cop, attacking the ridiculous rumor head on. The false account said Rachel told friends she was carrying Tiger’s baby. “It’s just hurtful that I’m not given the benefit of the doubt,” Rachel recently told OK! exclusively.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - There was little recognition outside the racing world when Jimmie Johnson won his first NASCAR championship.

Same with his second, and again with his third.

But four straight championships? That’s a different story.

Johnson, the first driver in NASCAR history to win four consecutive titles, earned mainstream recognition Monday when he was honored as the Male Athlete of the Year by members of The Associated Press.

Johnson received 42 votes from editors at U.S. newspapers which are members of the AP. Tennis star Roger Federer (30 votes) and Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt (29) were the only other athletes with totals in the double- digits.

Although Tiger Woods was named Athlete of the Decade, the golfer received only nine votes for Athlete of the Year. He was tied with NBA star Kobe Bryant and slugger Albert Pujols in fourth place. Woods, who was ranked No. 1 in his sport but failed to win one of golf’s majors this season, was never a top contender — even before the sex scandal that unraveled his personal life following a Nov. 27 traffic accident.

For Johnson, the first race car driver to be named the AP’s Athlete of the Year in its 78-year history, the award is the validation he’s been waiting for since he began his historic run in 2006.

“We’d been wondering the last few years, ’When is this going to hit?”’ he said. “It seems like the answer is now. The wave is finally peaking, and we don’t know where it’s going to take us. The fourth straight title takes it out of our sport and makes it a point of discussion — like, ’Wow, a race car driver won this thing.”’

Carrie Underwood Debuts Her Engagement Ring!




Carrie Underwood certainly has a lot to smile about this holiday season. The newly engaged 26 year-old country singer turned up at her fiancé Ottawa Senators hockey player Mike Fisher’s game last night flashing some major sparkle on her left hand. A spokesperson from the Diamond Information Center estimates the brilliant round diamond comes in at whopping five-plus carats, with an estimated value of close to $150,000. Whew! Underwood, who famously declared her affection for her beau in the liner notes of her recent album, Play On (“I love you so much!” she wrote. “You make my life better in every way! I thank God for you every day.”), accepted Fisher’s proposal on Sunday, following a year-long courtship.

Well, DanRad's in NYC for the reading of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" along with the amazing Michael Urie (who tweeted about it today) and the most fabulous David Hyde Pierce.

Michael read for D.Hyde Pierce's  nephew and DanRad's nemesis.



First things first. Daniel Radcliffe was AMAZING. He interpreted the role in a charming, adorable and fresh way. He sang great. I think everyone was there to see if he could do it. And boy, he really did it. He was great. He came off as a full-fledged musical star. Those of us who saw him in Equus know he has the stage chops as a dramatic actor but now I can say that he could easily take Broadway by storm as a musical comedy star, too. After that final Harry Potter movie comes out, this guy can do whatever he wants in any medium. I loved him. And it seems to me that he is the youngest actor to play the role of Finch. And his youth made the show feel fresh and new. It had a new kind of innocence to contrast the cynicism of the world he is in.

Newly reunited couple Marilyn Manson and Evan Rachel Wood hold hands as they arrive at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, France on Tuesday (December 22).

The 40-year-old gothic rocker confirmed that he and Evan were back on earlier this month.

After Marilyn performed a concert at Paris concert hall Zenith last night, the two headed back across the pond to spend the holidays at home.

The Pulse of Radio reports: Most Christmas memories are good ones, but sometimes the holiday season can be traumatic as well — especially for younger kids. Metallica's James Hetfield told The Pulse of Radio that his least favorite Christmas involved learning the truth about a certain figure in a red suit. "The worst Christmas was discovering that there was no Santa," he said. "You know, I had gotten up at whatever, one in the morning and walked out and saw my brothers carrying presents down to put under the tree, and I was like, 'What are you doing?' And so that was, the St. Nick bubble was burst."

Hetfield also told The Pulse of Radio that getting a football for the first time was one of his best Christmas presents, and that his sister actually got a lump of coal one Christmas for being a bad girl that year.

Metallica is taking a holiday break but will resume touring in 2010 with jaunts to South America and Europe.
